Cancelling and refunds

• To cancel or pause, email support@zingperformance.com. Your child's progress is kept if you come back.
• If you bought through the Apple App Store, Apple handles the payment. You can cancel a subscription or ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Vast Jr comes with a money-back guarantee. Your rights to cancel and get a refund are set out in the Zing Performance terms and conditions. They don't affect your legal rights.

Making a complaint

If something has gone wrong, email support@zingperformance.com with "Complaint" in the subject. We'll acknowledge it, look into it and reply. For a complaint about how we use personal data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office.

If you're worried about a child

Vast Jr is an educational programme and can't help in an emergency. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999. If you're worried about a child's health or development, speak to your GP or school. The NSPCC helpline is 0808 800 5000.
